Elevate your career by joining a growing team providing opportunities to learn new skills and be a part of a growing company.\n\nThis company works within the Renewables space and heating/plumbing industry.\n\nThis is the perfect opportunity for someone with finance experience, looking to progress their career, support sustainability, and develop their skills with great earning potential.\n\nThe Role:\n\nProviding comprehensive office support including telephone, email, social media and general administration duties.\nWeekly Payroll; checking timesheets against vehicle trackers, entry on to master spreadsheet, and liaison with accounts in relation to processing payments.\nGeneration & issue of sub-contract orders\nProcess and manage purchase orders for engineering materials, components, and services.\nMaintain accurate purchasing records, supplier details, and procurement documentation.\nLiaise with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and pricing.The Person:\n\nBookkeeping/Accounting experience\nExperience with orders and keeping purchasing records\nExperience using Sage\nCommutable to Northampton
