Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our client's growing services company specialising in the management of fatigue risk. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary technical contact for a global portfolio of our valued clients, ensuring their success with their solutions.
Responsibilities
* Be the primary technical contact for a global portfolio of clients, ensuring their success with their solutions.
* Manage first-line support for clients.
* Proactively identify opportunities to expand services (farming the account).
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Location and Travel
This is primarily a home based role, with an expectation to meet colleagues on a weekly basis. You are also expected to travel internationally circa 6 times a year. However, this may vary.
