THE ROLE
TheFull Stack Support Developer will provide tier three technical expertise,assistance and project coordination necessary to modify and repair technicalissues and resolve technical problems for TEMENOS’ customers. This role willwork closely with other members of the Customer Care and Technical Supportteams in order to provide swift, efficient and consistent resolutions forcustomers.
OPPORTUNITIES
* You will work on a focused teamof highly capable engineers, and designers using Agile engineeringpractices, modern continuous delivery capabilities, and product analytics.
* You will dive deep intotechnical, and business-related fin-tech domain areas while tacklingdistributed systems at scale and consumer grade user interfaces.
* You will collaborate with otherengineering leaders, UX designers, and product managers to build on eachother’s ideas to craft effective solutions, and breakdown businessproblems into actionable work items.
* You will have a strong sense ofcode ownership through development and deploy cycles with autonomy tocontinuously improve features.
* You will mentor other TechnicalSupport consultants in those developmental disciplines that are specificto Temenos in conjunction with Team Leads and Technical Support Manager.
* You will recommend changes insoftware to improve user functionality and eliminate problems.
* You will assist inimplementations as needed.
* You will be responsible to runqueries, debug and troubleshoot as needed.
* You will perform softwareinstallations and upgrades.
* You will be responsible to ensurethat the customer receives an adequate level of service with each concernor request.
* You will provide customer supportand technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronicmedium.
* You will be responsible formaintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and itscustomers.
* You will participate in24/7 support roster.
SKILLS
* You should have relevantexperience supporting Web Applications.
* You should have relevantexperience on C# with working OO and pattern knowledge.
* You should have JavaScriptexperience working on SPA based applications jQuery.
* You should have experience withREST services design and development required (.Net, C#, VB.net, SQLserver, ADO, MVC, WCF, LINQ, WEB API, JavaScript, jQuery, BootStrap.
* You should have experience withcode quality automation through unit tests, api tests, and integrationtests.
* You should have problemsolving and analytical skills, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
