Chapel House is a former school building on Chapel Road offering a warm atmosphere with ten personalised bedrooms, a spacious lounge, five bathrooms, a private garden with a sensory room, nutritious home-cooked meals from a fully equipped kitchen, and on-site laundry. Chapel House provides round-the-clock nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, as a 3L service under We Change Lives, with a person-centred approach to care.

* Hours per week: 1 x 36 Hours per week
* Pay Rate: £12.21
Role Summary
As a Support Worker at Chapel House, you’ll work with residents using person-centred planning to tailor support to each individual. You’ll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioural support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication. You will be supporting people with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
