We are recruiting a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join our service on Burghley Road, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals throughout the night within a calm, supportive residential setting.
Working Pattern (please read carefully):
* Thursday night
* Friday night
* Sunday night
* 9:30pm 7:30am
* Permanent night shifts (3 nights per week)
What youll be doing:
* Supporting individuals overnight with personal care where required
* Ensuring safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night
* Responding to needs and completing welfare checks
* Supporting independence in a calm, respectful way
* Completing accurate handovers and daily records
