Trade Supervisor
Overview – You're the go-to person for our Trade customers, representing our team on the Trade Sales Counter, helping plumbers and electricians get exactly what they need for the job. You don't need to be an expert; it's all about relationship building. With excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns, you’ll enjoy a healthy work‑life balance and a promising career.
Key responsibilities
* Get to know your customers – chat with them over a cuppa, understand their projects, and offer advice to drive sales. The relationships you and your team build will make us their trusted, go‑to retailer.
* Run your own business within a business – take ownership of your own KPIs including sales, account growth, onboarding new customers, and delivering great service.
* Inspire your team – follow your lead, guide and coach the team to do great things, building a reputation of your store to be proud of.
Required Skills & Experience
* Great at building relationships with customers and your team.
* Driven to learn and build your skill set.
* Genuinely interested in the industry; training will give you all the knowledge you need.
* A real people person; your enthusiasm to always do better is infectious.
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and likes to work hard.
