Junior Sous Chef - Hastings Job Title : Junior Sous Chef Hours : Variable per week Rate of Pay : 15.45 per hour Location : Hastings Hotel & Spa About the Role Applications are currently invited for a Junior Sous Chef. This role requires you to assist the Senior Sous Chef to be able to lead the brigade unsupervised, setting an excellent standard in both food and kitchen hygiene practices.
