HR & Recruitment Coordinator Slough / Datchet / Windsor borders FTC (Maternity Cover) Until Dec 2026 Full time (Hybrid) Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 A fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving organisation, working within a lovely team with an extremely supportive manager. This is a FTC maternity cover role, needed from early September until the end of December 2026. With a hybrid approach, you will be able to work 2-3 days from home with the rest office based. Lovely modern offices, ample parking with great office facilities. Main duties: • Responsible for the full recruitment and on boarding process • Provide day-to-day HR administration support • Working with recruiting managers to ensure that role profiles are up to date • Advertising roles via online platforms/agencies and ensuring they adhere to our values, communication standards, equality, diversity, and Inclusion policies and our employee brand • Headhunting via LinkedIn where appropriate • Supporting Managers with the interview process • Issuing offers / contracts and new starter documentation • Ensuring that pre-employment checks (DBS, Right to Work and references) are carried out • Complete new starter and exit interviews • Report on recruitment activity • Build relationships with Managers and Third Parties We are looking for someone who has: • Experience of the full recruitment process including head hunting, advertising, screening and making offers • CIPD qualified would be an advantage • Ability to maintain confidentiality and data protection in all circumstances • Ability to effectively organise, prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines • Strong verbal and listening capabilities and able to construct high quality written documentation
