Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford L & C Consulting are recruiting with an extremely successful, privately owned company in Telford for a new Customer Service Administrator / Sales Administrator. Based at their modern office environment, this permanent position will suit an experienced a professional, experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a new, challenging but rewarding role with genuine opportunities. Based in a small team, duties will include (but not be limited to): * Process & check orders (via calls, email & website) * Support customers with product information and other queries * Customer account maintenance and updating CRM * Manage back orders and deliveries * Keeping customers updated on orders * Other ad hoc duties as required To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a stable, proven Customer Service / Sales Administration based background and possesses excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). You will also be the type of small team, ‘all-rounder’ who is happy to get involved and support as and when required.
