The School and Role
A thriving primary phase of an all-through school in Northampton is seeking two enthusiastic Primary Teachers to cover maternity leave from September 2025. Ofsted feedback highlights strong phonics teaching, well‑structured early years provision, and secure attainment in reading, writing, and mathematics. These roles involve delivering engaging, high-quality lessons, collaborating in curriculum planning, and supporting pupils' continued academic and social development throughout the year.
Requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), suitable for ECTs
Strong understanding of early years and primary curricula
Proven classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to plan, deliver, assess, and report effectively
A positive, collaborative ethos and commitment to school community
