PERMANENT DELIVERY CONSULTANT
Location: Bristol, BS1 (Office Based)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) + Amazing Bonus Structure
We are looking for a proactive and organised Permanent Delivery Consultant to join us here at Leggwork, a specialist recruitment business focused on the Built Environment. You will become part of a pre-established team concentrating on Civil Engineering and Geo-spatial recruitment for some of the UK’s most high-profile projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will own the recruitment process from day one, working directly with senior leadership across 15-20 live vacancies nationwide.
You will utilise tools such as our tailored CRM and well-established job boards to source the highest calibre of candidates, managing the process from initial brief to successful placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the full recruitment process for Civil Engineering and Geospatial vacancies, from sourcing to placement
* Screen candidates, produce detailed call synopses and tailor CVs for submission to hiring managers
* Organise and coordinate interviews, providing a seamless experience for clients and candidates
* Use CRM and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service
* Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment strategies and optimise delivery
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous technical recruitment experience preferred, ideally within Civil Engineering, Built Environment or Geospatial
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using multiple recruitment platforms and tools
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple vacancies and deadlines
* Proactive, driven and committed to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes
