Forklift Driver & Pick Packer - Afternoon Shift | Kilsyth | Ongoing Work
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm-10:12pm (Mon-Fri) Pay Rate: $43.16 per hour (Afternoon shift loading included) Increases: Additional pay rate increases after 3 months, plus another increase after 12 months Location: Kilsyth Type: Ongoing, long‑term opportunity Industry: Global manufacturer specialising in adhesives, sealants, and chemical solutions
About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Kilsyth. This is a long‑term, ongoing role offering stability, consistent hours, and guaranteed pay progression.
You'll be part of a high‑performing warehouse team where accuracy, safety, and independence are valued. If you enjoy hands‑on work and can operate confidently with limited supervision, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick orders based on daily warehouse requirements
* Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage‑free transport
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
* Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
* Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse
* Support general warehouse operations as required
Skills & Experience
* Valid LF Forklift Licence
* Experience in picking, packing, and forklift operations
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
* Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
* Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
