Function and Job Purpose White Oak has completed its Azure migration and is now moving into an exciting new phase — using AI, advanced analytics, and customer segmentation to drive smarter campaigns and measurable revenue growth. The Campaign Operations Lead will own end-to-end campaign delivery from design and segmentation to execution and optimisation. Using Salesforce and automation tools, they’ll ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time, improving conversion, retention, and overall campaign efficiency. Core Skills and Knowledge Proven experience in Salesforce CRM. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Einstein AI tools. Strong background in campaign automation and segmentation. Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and performance tracking. Communication of detailed requirements to the BI Team for campaign analysis report builds. Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategy. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills. Description of Role and Key Responsibilities Lead the creation, automation, and delivery of campaigns across key channels. Build and manage customer segmentation to target seasonality and personalise communications. Work closely with sales and marketing to drive renewals and revenue growth. Optimise campaign performance through testing, analysis, and iteration. Streamline campaign journeys and integrate with diallers and contact channels. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and continuously improving. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable campaigns. Any other attributes that are helpful but not essential Experience with automated campaign integrations (e.g. diallers, SMS, email). Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud/360 Strong commercial awareness with focus on driving renewals and conversions. Exposure to Azure and knowledge of SQL.
