* Working closely with class teachers to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language challenges, SEMH and complex learning difficulties.
* Supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups to encourage progress across the curriculum and in social communication.
* Using adaptive strategies and specialist resources to engage students and help them thrive.
* Collaborating with therapists and the wider school team to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
