* Developing and configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) to meet business requirements.
* Automating workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
* Incident, problem, and change management integration to ensure smooth IT operations.
* Collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and project teams to support new initiatives and system enhancements.
* Ensuring compliance, data integrity, and security best practices are maintained within ServiceNow platforms.
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and providing end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates are generally expected to have:
* Proficiency with ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript), and integration technologies.
* Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT operations, or HR workflows depending on the module focus.
* Understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks.
* Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing configurations and system updates.
* Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist are often preferred.
