What you'll do:
* Provide 2nd line support for client IT environments, including servers, networks, and cloud services
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
* Assist with server installations, migrations, and ongoing maintenance
* Configure and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
* Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation environments
* Contribute to backup, security, and IT projects across client sites
What we're looking for:
1. Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange
2. Proficiency in Office 365, Azure Entra ID, and desktop OS support
3. Networking knowledge: routers, switches, firewalls
4. Virtualisation experience (VMware or Hyper-V)
