The Role: Thermal Team Member
As a Thermal Team Member, you're a little bit of everything: spa concierge, drinks specialist, and vibe manager. You'll be the energetic face of the thermal space - serving guests, keeping things sharp, and guiding them through an unforgettable wellness journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising guests on the benefits of heat and cold experiences, including sauna, steam, and cold plunge.
* Preparing and serving cocktails, herbal teas, juices, and light refreshments with flair and confidence.
* Keeping hydration stations stocked, eye-catching, and inviting.
* Engaging with guests - suggesting drinks, offering towels, and raising the vibe.
* Ensuring the thermal and relaxation zones are always clean and safe.
* Clearing and resetting lounges with speed, precision, and sparkle.
* Working with reception and therapists to coordinate guest flow.
* Spotting and handling the little details such as folding towels, fluffing robes, and spotting that perfect moment to brighten someone's day.
What We're Looking For:
* Warm, confident, and presentable individuals who connect naturally with people.
* Someone who cares about presentation, whether it's a tray, drinks station, or lounge area.
* Comfortable working in a warm, humid (sometimes steamy) environment.
* Mobile and hands-on. You'll be on your feet, moving around and in the mix.
* A team player who lifts the energy and thrives on creating feel-good moments.
* Hospitality or spa experience is a bonus, but your attitude matters most.
