Our client a leading rail contractor is currently on the look for a Site Administrator your role will be to type up letters and reports, printing and photocopying and ordering office supplies. You will be handling the administrative tasks ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will be the go-to person for keeping the site running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work flow and documentation on EDMS systems
Manage all incoming and outgoing documentation and communication
Distribution of documents to relevant mangers / project teams
Editing and amending documents for accuracy and compliance of client procedures
Creating reports and trackers on all communication of the project
Preparing, filing and organising information in paper and digital form
Handling incoming calls, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate person
Responding to emails, forwarding messages and reorganising the emails
Writing up all communications
Managing the diary and scheduling appointments, meetings and events
Filing and storing the documentation in the correct form and places
Ordering office supplies
Providing a professional and welcome first impression to any customers/visitors
Keeping the office tidy and organised
Supporting other colleagues with administrative task if needed
The ideal candidate will have
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
Experience in the construction industry
