Commercial Product Manager | Cambridge (Hybrid)
Hartmann Young is partnered with a growing and dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Commercial Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of key commercial products and support the launch of new ones. This is a cross-functional role bridging product strategy, marketing, data insights, and patient experience, ensuring every product truly makes a difference.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience in commercial product management (Life Sciences, Pharma, or Tech)
* Proven strategic thinker and collaborator
* Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
* Confident negotiator with experience managing third-party stakeholders
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong initiative
* Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Results-oriented, with accountability for timelines and budgets
Desirable Experience:
* Experience launching new products or managing the post-launch lifecycle
* Working with KOLs, MAH partners, or commercial data teams
* Familiarity with compliance in regulated environments
