Our Human Resources Graduate Programme is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career within a global aerospace business. Over three years, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, building the skills, confidence, and commercial awareness to become a future HR professional at Safran. Based in Wolverhampton, you'll rotate across core HR functions including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Inclusion & Engagement. You'll work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to deliver exceptional HR support while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. You'll also have the chance to lead on HR projects, support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and work on real challenges that make a difference to our people and organisation. What will you bring to the role? Essential skills: A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. Passion for people and a genuine interest in HR as a career. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Desirable skills: Previous HR, recruitment, or administrative experience (placement or internship). Understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
