Offer description

CREM Recruitment are currently recruiting for several Customer Service Administrators on behalf of our well-established client in the logistics industry, based in Newmarket. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business with excellent training and real prospects for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recording and monitoring stock levels
* Updating KPIs and performance metrics
* Processing orders and receipts
* Checking and verifying goods received
* Performing general administrative tasks in the office
* Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure key company objectives are achieved
Hours & Pay:
* Temporary to permanent
* 06:00am - 18:00pm - 7 Days on. 7 Days off.
* Full-time.
* £12.82 Per Hour
What You Can Expect:
You'll be working as part of a friendly and supportive cold store office team, gaining valuable experience and developing your skills within the department. This role provides a strong foundation in warehouse supply chain operations and customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience dealing with customers and suppliers (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to learn and develop within a team environment
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Initiative and problem-solving mindset
* Highly organised with a good understanding of logistics
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Additional Info:
* Occasional additional hours may be required, agreed in advance based on availability
* Full training provided for the right candidate
