Role Overview
Field Care Supervisor
Responsibilities
* Write and update new and existing care plans.
* Coaching and mentoring care colleagues.
* Attend care reviews.
* Support on‑call service on a rota basis.
* Provide hands‑on care and support.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, family members, colleagues and other professionals.
* Utilise technology to deliver quality care.
* Uphold the principles of Altogether Care’s values.
* Ensure implementation of safe working practices.
* Be part of a caring and professional team that supports you as well as our clients.
Qualifications – Required
* Full UK driving licence.
* Access to your own vehicle.
* Minimum 6 months care experience.
* Enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications – Desired
* Servicing, nursing or caring experience.
Contract details
Part‑time contract. Salary: £14.30 per hour.
