The Role * Act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the development. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience, guiding buyers through every step of the new home journey. * Effectively present and sell a range of new build homes, highlighting key features and benefits. * Maintain accurate sales records and manage paperwork from initial enquiry to completion. * Work closely with site teams, solicitors, and financial advisors to ensure a smooth customer journey. About You * Previous experience in new homes sales (or strong estate agency sales experience with an interest in new builds). * Confident, professional, and customer-focused. * Target-driven, with proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Organised, proactive, and able to manage the full sales process.
