What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups
2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, respectful learning environment
3. Supporting students in their learning and encouraging engagement
4. Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity
What We’re Looking For:
5. Recent experience working as a Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor
6. Strongmunication and classroom presence
7. A calm, adaptable approach to classroom management
8. Experience working with large groups of students / young people (in schools, youth work, coaching, etc.)
9. A genuine interest in education and student development
