As a ServiceNow ITAM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-grade IT Asset Management solution for our UK-based clients. This position involves working with customers across BFSI customers, enabling them to optimize asset life cycle management and achieve compliance through innovative ServiceNow capabilities.
You will lead architectural design and implementation for ITAM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies, including advanced automation and integration frameworks, while collaborating on high-impact projects that drive digital transformation.

* Develop a multi-phase roadmap for SAM Pro and HAM Pro, incorporating publisher-specific packs and automation for high-volume reconciliation.
