Are the Mechanical Building Services Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties across commercial and critical mechanical / hvac building services systems such as; pumps, AHUs, FCUs, CRAC units, CRAH units, pressurisation units, cooling towers, water treatment etc. Employment Package: * Role: Mechanical / HVAC Shift Engineer * Status: Full time, permanent role. * Hours: Day & night - 12 hour shifts. * Base salary: £50,000 - £52,000 * £1,500 annual bonus * £3,000 site AP allowance * Employer: Industry leading service provider. * Company pension, private healthcare, private dental, life assurance plan, 25 days paid holiday pro rata to shift pattern. * Industry: Building Services Maintenance * Environment: Datacentre * Paid overtime available: x1.5 - x2 hourly rate.
