About the Roles
We are looking to appoint two full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning across the school. These roles involve leading small groups, delivering planned activities and providing high-quality support to children with a range of additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead small-group sessions and deliver learning activities planned by teachers
* Provide tailored support for children with SEN in a primary setting
* Promote emotional regulation, communication and independence
* Support positive behaviour strategies and help maintain a calm, structured classroom
* Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and therapists to meet individual needs
* Contribute to planning, assessment discussions and pupil progress reviews

Essential Experience
Applicants must have:
* At least 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
* Strong communication and behaviour-support skills
* A patient, consistent and proactive approach
* Confidence supporting learning across a primary age range

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
