1. Assisting as part of a team in supporting the overall development and care of nursery children.
2. Contributing fully to the smooth running of the Early Years and Foundation Departments.
3. Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

5. Participating in a full and balanced range of learning activities.
6. Ensuring the care and well-being of children.
7. Maintaining positive links with parents and professionals working with the nursery and school.

* Qualified to start a Level 2 qualification in an Apprenticeship in Early Years Practitioner.
* Positive attitude towards completing relevant training courses and qualifications.
* Interest in the care, learning, and development of young children.
* Empathy and understanding of children under five.
* Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
