Overview
Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Kitchen Manager on behalf of our client, a 60-bed hotel in Alcester. The successful candidate would need to be able to run the kitchen team, recruit, organise rotas and step in to support all roles within this area, whilst working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House to ensure good communication.

Job Role
5. Oversee the operation of the kitchen, ensuring the team produce and serve a high level of consistent food products
6. Demonstrate a sound understanding of all current Health and Safety laws in particular food safety
7. Lead a team
8. Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and presented quickly and efficiently
9. Maintain a high GP
10. Staff training and development
11. Food ordering and stock levels
12. Ensure correct staffing levels, taking an active role in recruitment and onboarding
Your Skills and Experience
13. Previous experience within a similar role
14. Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
15. Excellent managerial skills
16. Ability to remain focused, thrive under pressure and to challenging deadlines
17. Strong team player
