Who We’re Looking For:

* A qualified SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to obtain it).
* Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs, particularly in an SEN or mainstream setting.
* A strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and best practices for inclusive education.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
