Fram Search are working on an exciting contract opportunity for a Project Manager to join an established Chartered Wealth Manager with offices across the UK. Our client is committed to providing holistic financial planning and investment advice to individuals, households, and trustees. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the new platform, working closely with the technology provider, Platform Manager, operations team, and financial planners. You will ensure the successful delivery of the project, including system integration, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-launch evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a structured project plan, ensuring milestones are met within scope, timeline, and budget. Act as the key liaison between the technology provider and internal teams. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively. Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are integrated into the project. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Work closely with senior leadership, financial planners, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure alignment. Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to key stakeholders. Promote a culture of collaboration across different teams and locations. Develop and implement training programs for financial planners and support teams. Deliver internal workshops, demos, and guides to ensure smooth adoption. Support teams in transitioning to the new platform, addressing concerns and feedback. Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement. Monitor platform performance and user experience post-launch. Gather feedback and refine processes for continuous improvement. Work with the Platform Manager to enhance system functionalities and efficiency. A candidate must have a proven record Proven experience in project management within financial services, wealth management, or fintech. Have a strong understanding of investment platforms, financial planning processes, and regulatory requirements. Experience in change management, training, and stakeholder engagement along with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) – desirable but not essential.
