The Role
* Support pupils with SEMH and complex needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support, and engagement in learning
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, counsellors, and psychologists
* Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
* Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils

Ideal Candidate
* Graduate in Psychology, Counselling, Criminology or a related field are welcomed although not essential (other degrees considered)
* Passionate about child mental health and SEN
* Resilient, proactive, and confident supporting challenging behaviour
* Experience with SEN or mental health (professional, voluntary, or personal) is desirable but not essential
