The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of roofing contracts from tender to completion. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage roofing contracts from award through to completion.
* Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and building regulations.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Resolve contract and site-related issues promptly and professionally.
* Lead site teams, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in roofing or construction.
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.
* Excellent contract administration and negotiation skills.
* Sound understanding of health & safety regulations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent construction-related qualifications.
