Overview
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share moments and memories in a fulfilling environment.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living activities and follow individual care plans.
* Provide care, support and one-to-one time as needed.
* Assist with meals and drinks and help maintain residents’ comfort and dignity.

* Experience of caring for older people is preferred.
* Can-do approach and excellent communication skills.

Working Arrangement
* This is a Bank position to provide cover as needed (e.g., for annual leave or sick leave). Hours and days worked will vary.

Requirements
* Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
* Current UK professional registration is required.
