As our Supply Business Manager, you’ll bridge strategic business operations and school support, empowering schools to focus on teaching and learning: Financial & Supplier Management: Set and manage budgets, forecast, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to deliver cost-effective solutions. Operations & Logistics: Ensure smooth logistics—manage inventory, supplies, and relationships with service providers. Team Leadership & HR: Lead and support school support staff, including admin, site teams, and catering. Facilities & Compliance: Oversee premises management, Health & Safety, and external contractor liaison. Strategic Planning: Contribute to school improvement plans and report on KPIs to senior leadership. You’ll Have Proven experience in business/operations management—ideally in education or a similar sector. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, procurement, and reporting. Excellent people management and interpersonal skills. A proactive, adaptable approach with strong organisational ability. Familiarity with Health & Safety and compliance in school environments is highly desirable.
