LEC Beverages is the exclusive UK distributor of Tsingtao, one of the world’s most recognised premium Asian beer brands. We are looking for a driven Regional Account Manager to grow Tsingtao’s presence across the London on-trade, with some off-trade involvement.
What You’ll Do:
Win new business across bars, restaurants, pubs, and groups in London and neighbouring regions.
Manage and grow existing accounts, increasing rate of sale and visibility.
Build strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key route-to-market partners.
Deliver brand activation in venue: menus, POS, staff training, and seasonal pushes.
Represent Tsingtao at industry events and customer meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
On-trade sales experience in beverages, FMCG, or hospitality.
Confident hunter who enjoys opening doors and closing deals.
Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage a territory independently.
