This role exists to:
1. Drive business outcomes through cutting-edge SEO and omni-channel search strategies.
2. Lead key client accounts, manage deliverables, and evolve Greenpark’s integrated SEO approach.
3. Champion innovation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with automation, AI, and cross-platform content discovery.
4. Develop scalable processes, mentor junior talent, and help establish a high-performance, cross-functional SEO team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
5. Develop and execute SEO strategies across all pillars: technical, content, backlinks, UX/CRO, and platform integrations.
6. Deliver omni-channel search strategies that span Google, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.
7. Propose and experiment with automation or AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
8. Translate audience insights and keyword data into actionable plans for content, campaign planning, and website optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
9. Become the lead of the projects you are working on — owning the SEO workstream end-to-end, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
10. Guide and mentor junior SEO team members and freelancers to deliver high-quality, scalable work.
11. Partner closely with the content, data, and other teams to execute integrated strategies and share best practices.
12. Support business development, contributing to pitch decks, insights reports, and proposals.
Productization & Process
13. Build frameworks, dashboards, and processes that enable repeatable, high-quality SEO delivery.
14. Contribute to Greenpark’s proprietary multi-market content production methodology.
15. Help establish scalable SEO workflows through automation tools or standardized playbooks.
Performance Monitoring
16. Lead regular audits and performance reviews using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and relevant social SEO platforms.
17. Track KPIs such as organic visibility, traffic quality, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
18. Provide reporting with insight — not just data — and consistently recommend strategic actions to improve.
Performance Review & Growth Metrics
You will be evaluated on your ability to:

23. Improve internal workflows and team efficiency through tools, processes, or upskilling.
24. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, autonomy, and ownership of outcomes.
25. Nurture a collaborative and positive team culture.
Reporting Line
26. Reports to: Senior SEO Manager & Head of Omnichannel Search, APAC
27. May oversee: Freelancers, junior team members
28. Coordinates with: Project Management, Account, Data, and Content teams
