Developing care provider are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their brand new service in the Bridgwater area, Somerset. Dementia, general elderly care and nursing. New development.
The Regional Manager is looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager to take ownership of their 50+ bed nursing and residential home providing specialist care for adults with dementia, challenging behaviour, general care needs. We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager who has previous experience of being registered with CQC.
We are ideally looking for an experienced manager with commissioning, business development or turnaround experience.

* Overall responsibility of the home
* Staff management/ appraisals/ training
* Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
* Budgets/ business development / marketing
Skills / Qualifications
* Proven track record of successful home
* Experience with challenging behaviour and dementia
* IT literate, competent and accurate
* Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
* Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
