About the roleIn this key management role in our newly transformed Housing Management Team, you will oversee and ensure effective service delivery and build trust with tenants and leaseholders. The main areas of responsibility will be: Tenancy sustainment - embedding proactive support to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies. Home ownership - managing right to buy applications, leaseholder services, and budgets. Administrative support - leading a small team supporting the wider department. You will drive improvements, promote tenant engagement, and ensure compliance with policies.
