Carrying out maintenance and repairs on: Passenger and Goods Lifts Travelators and Escalators Dock Levellers DDLS systems Scissor Lifts Back Yard Gates (BYG’s) Sectional Doors Roller Shutters Rapid Roll Doors Fire Shutters Compactors and Balers Pallet Stackers Respond to breakdowns swiftly and effectively to minimize downtime Conduct inspections, testing and certification to ensure compliance and safe operation Document all maintenance activity accurately using digital reporting tools Collaborate with site operations teams to ensure work is performed safely and with minimal disruption Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance procedures LI-AG2 Operational Skills: ONC or equivalent Recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2/3 Full driving license Health & Safety awareness Communication & stakeholder management Office 365 knowledge Completed all technical training upskilling modules relevant to skillset Relevant Experience: Proven experience with diverse access control and lift systems Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic abilities Familiarity with powered doors, lifting platforms, and compacting equipment Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements for workplace machinery
