Job Description
* Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
* Support recruitment processes, including job design, candidate selection, and onboarding.
* Oversee performance management procedures and provide coaching where necessary.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy improvements.
* Provide guidance on training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities
* Provide insight on OD, Workforce planning and Talent Management
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retention
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence Leadership
* Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
* High level of integrity and professionalism with energy and drive to match
