Job Title: Parts Administrator
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Days: Monday to Friday
My client, a large dealership, is looking for an organised and productive Parts Administrator to join their team.
A successful Parts Administrator will have excellent administration skills, the ability to work both independently and within a team.
The key responsibilities of a Parts Administrator include:
Responsible for submitting online parts orders
Determine if repair description / write-up meets manufacturer standards
Manage and track all online orders
Liaising with different departments
Dealing with invoices
Assemble all additional information if manufacturer requires more information
