You will be delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial.Joining a supportive network as part of a national team, you can expect to receive valuable training, guidance and genuine scope for career development. Your core responsibilities will include: Preparing and managing designs, feasibility studies, reports and contract documents. Carrying out building analysis. Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors and promote business development. Supervising a team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs. Significant experience of mechanical building services / HVAC design (ie. domestic water services, ventilation, heating, cooling). Hands on knowledge and understanding of IES, Hevacomp and AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP is desirable. Knowledge of current legislation e.g. UK Building Regulations, also Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM. Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self - motivated. Chartered Engineer (CEng) or IEng, BEng with mechanical engineering experience. Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements. Excellent design skills across a variety of sectors. Resource planning and management experience.
