Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager based in Omagh. The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include maintaining an efficient workflow, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, training staff, driving sales, and handling customer needs effectively. The Bar Manager will also curate beverage offerings and collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with both guests and team members
Experience in food and beverage service, with a good understanding of inventory and beverage preparation
Team training capabilities and the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop staff
Sales expertise to drive revenue and contribute to business growth
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance practices
Proven experience in a bar management or relevant role
