We are seeking candidates for the following roles to work within a Homeless Service Emergency Duty Team within social housing. Successful candidates would have existing experience within the sector as the role will require a quick start with minimal training.
Working 9-5 Monday to Friday
5 days in the office in Sheffield
Temporary (initially until end of October but to be reviewed)
£ PAYE premium (£ plus holiday pay)

Job description:
• Any interaction with homeless people attending the walk-in centre. (First point of contact)
• Most/all homeless service users will have an assigned contact but if they're unable to attend then the officer will have to cover and support.
•pleting homeless assessments
• Understanding & deciding eligibility & priority
• Offering lots of advice to service users
• Dealing with difficult situations
