COME AND JOIN US. .. We are currently seeking a warm, welcoming and confident Host to join our Birnam restaurant team. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: You’ll be the warm, welcoming presence at the heart of The Birnam, creating genuine connections with our members and guests alike Welcoming and seating our guests with genuine warmth, charm and attentiveness, ensuring every arrival feels special Overseeing our seating chart and waiting list with confidence and precision, communicating seamlessly with your Birnam colleagues to deliver a smooth and effortless service Taking immense pride in every task you complete, playing an essential role within the Birnam team to ensure each service is flawlessly prepared and beautifully executed Responding to guest enquiries with care, empathy and professionalism, always seeking the most positive outcome and leaving a lasting impression Playing a key part in upholding the highest standards of presentation and preparation across the restaurant, maintaining an atmosphere of understated elegance throughout each service Contributing to the seamless flow of the operation, supporting your team to ensure every service runs effortlessly and exceeds expectations. Possessing an excellent knowledge of our estate, confidently sharing insights about our restaurants, bars and experiences to enhance our guests’ stay Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way The kind of person we're looking for: Experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be an advantage, though above all, it’s your positive attitude, professionalism and passion for exceptional service that truly matter.
