Structural Manager Civil/Structural Engineering | Global Projects | Turnkey EPC Join a global project delivery specialist providing turnkey solutions across bulk material handling, processing, mining, tunnelling, ports, and energy sectors. This is a senior role leading the Civil & Structural engineering function across multiple projects and sites. The Role You’ll be accountable for the quality, compliance, and timely delivery of all Civil/Structural designs, ensuring safety, lifecycle efficiency, and alignment with project requirements. You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing team, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other department heads to drive engineering excellence and standardisation. Key Responsibilities Own the delivery and technical quality of all Civil/Structural engineering outputs Ensure designs are code compliant, safe, and lifecycle-focused Provide guidance to projects, bids, and cross-functional teams Promote design standardisation and reuse across the business Line management of engineers across multiple sites, setting objectives and driving performance Develop tools and processes to streamline design and improve output quality What We’re Looking For BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering Chartered Engineer (CEng, ICE or IStructE preferred) Strong experience in Civil/Structural engineering for construction or process industries Skilled in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, TEKLA Structures) Ability to interpret site investigations and advise on civil implications Why Join?
