The Role: As Sales Director EMEA, you will lead a multi-country commercial organisation spanning Sales, Field Service and Applications, with responsibility for 35 people across direct sales team, country managers and distributor partners. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic planning with regular customer, partner and internal engagement. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the EMEA sales and service growth strategy in line with global objectives Lead, coach and develop country sales managers, regional teams and distributor partners Grow aftermarket and service revenue in collaboration with global service leadership Develop annual operating plans, budgets and accurate sales forecasts Partner with marketing to deliver effective digital campaigns, events and trade shows Identify new markets, applications and routes to market across the EMEA region The Person: We are seeking a commercially credible, experienced sales leader with a strong track record in industrial capital equipment or complex technical solutions. You Will Bring: 5-10 years experience in senior sales leadership roles across multiple EMEA territories Proven success managing direct sales teams and distributor networks Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance growth, margin and forecast accuracy Background in capital equipment, instrumentation or complex engineered systems with long sales cycles Gravitas to build trusted relationships with senior customers and internal stakeholders Why Apply?
