Salary: £26,000 - 26,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of macOS and Windows, as well as experience with iPhone and Android devices. You should be confident in supporting hardware and peripherals, including printers, and have a good understanding of networking basics. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin, familiarity with Intune and Apple Business Manager, and relevant IT certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL) are advantageous. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools, knowledge of IT asset management processes, and experience in supporting AV/meeting room technology (like Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms) would also be beneficial. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries while on-site with our client, supporting various devices such as desktops (primarily MacOS), laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals like printers and monitors. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, managing user accounts, permissions, and password resets. You will also assist with ensuring that meeting room technology is ready and functioning properly, handle basic network troubleshooting, and utilize Intune and Apple Business Manager for device management and deployment. When working remotely, you will join our helpdesk team to handle first-line support calls, resolve common issues, and escalate more complex problems as necessary. Additionally, you will log and manage support tickets to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and assist with procuring IT equipment while maintaining an accurate asset inventory. You will also support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
