Overview
A leading Legal 500 firm with a strong presence in Oxford is looking to recruit a talented Commercial Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join its expanding and ambitious Commercial team. You will work with a diverse range of clients—from start-ups and scale-ups to charities, SMEs and global corporates—on a broad range of high-quality commercial matters.

The Role
As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
* Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, service agreements, licensing, IT/SaaS, distribution and supply agreements
* Advising entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses on business structure, funding, IP and shareholder matters
* Supporting charitable organisations with governance, compliance and transactional advice
* Assisting SMEs and privately owned businesses on risk management and day-to-day commercial operations
* Advising international clients on cross-border agreements and UK regulatory compliance
* Contributing to business development and nurturing long-term client relationships
About You
We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with:
* 3+ years' PQE in commercial law (from a regional, national, or City firm)
* Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-first mindset
* An interest in developing your practice and contributing to team growth
* Experience with start-ups, SMEs, or charities is a strong advantage
